Everyone has to try this recipe. I'm not a huge fish fan, but these are seriously so delicious you won't be able to stop eating them. It's a perfect recipe for tonight!
Dry tilapia fillets with paper towels and sprinkle with fish seasoning.
For the sauce:
Whisk fresh chopped parseley & cilantro, salt & pepper, cumin, oregano, chile powder, 1 teaspoon of capers, 1 minced jalapeno pepper, with mayo, sour cream, and lime juice.
Grill the fish in a hot cast iron skillet.
Spread sauce on a warm tortilla
Place fish on sauce
Top with sliced avocado and radicchio
Roll up and eat!
