Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday filled with family, friends, and of course, good food!
You've got to try this hearty and healthy chili for yourself... just in case you didn't get your fill of turkey over the weekend:)
The recipe calls for dark meat ground turkey, but I used half dark and half light, just to up the healthy factor a tad. And of course, I had to put it over orzo instead of rice! (I'm Italian and I like my pasta! What can I say?)
