One of my friends shared this super festive holiday cocktail with me that you are sure to enjoy. Everything is better with a little Italian bubbly:)
Pulse 1 1/2 cups of cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped. In a saucepan , simmer the cranberries, 1 cup of sugar, and the rind and juice of 1 orange over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and cool at room temperature.
Pour 1 tablespoon of the cooled syrup into champagne flutes, and top with Prosecco.
